Supply and delivery reservation
(1) camp commodity is usually dispatched with entrance of the order before 16:00 o'clock still on the same day. If articles were ordered, which are not in stock, the supply takes place within 24 hours after self supply. Supplies by the salesman always take place under the reservation that the salesman is supplied for his part completely and in time and the missing availability of the article not to represent has.
(2) the asserting of payment of damages is impossible, as far as no rough negligence or resolution is present on the part of the salesman. If a certain article or ersatzartikel should not be available, the salesman is entitled to refuse the supply. The salesman will inform the buyer immediately about the missing deliverability.
3. Prices, postage and packing costs
(1) all prices, which are called by the salesman within its InterNet offer, are final customer prices in EURO and contain the legal value added tax.
(2) the prices always apply at the time of the order. We reserve ourselves expressly the right to correction of the price, if a "typing error" is present or we accomplished a not correct price calculation by incorrect quotation of our supplier.
(3) for postage and packing overall EUR 4.90 are computed. For supplies outside of Germany, but within the European union EUR 7.90 are computed. For supplies outside of the European Union resulting forwarding expenses are individually computed.
(4) if the purchase order value lies over EUR 50, - -, the supply takes place within the Federal Republic of Germany carriage free. In the case of dispatching within the European union dispatching costs EUR 7,90.
(5) if the dispatch takes place by cash on delivery, a lump sum is computed by EUR 2.00 (only in Germany). |
